Windows 10: Why won't Microsoft allow me to remove deleted games from my apps?

Apparently there is no way to remove uninstalled games from my list of apps. The tiles show up in my app store and on my Xbox app. Why is this? I have games I have never played and have uninstalled, but the tile still shows in my list. I have games I'm pretty sure I never installed and have uninstalled, but they are still there. WHY WON'T MICROSOFT LET ME DELETE THEM?!!!!!!!!

when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

 

Skype won´t wok in 17063

Skype Won´t work... games won´t work...

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!
