Windows 10: Why won't Microsoft listen to Windows 10 users who don't like the interface with Windows 11?

I have several computers that I use for different things. Only 2 of them are eligible for Windows 11. I've tried Windows 11 several times and hated it every time. I've written tons of feedback through the feedback channel and nothing changes. I'm in my 60's now and started by using DOS commands. When I right click, I want to see words that give me my options, not a bunch of pictures. I understand that people who don't read English the pictures could be helpful but I can't remember what each picture does. Couldn't you at least put the command next to the picture?This forced backup you're using

Windows won`t open an program when using Microsoft user

Windows won`t open an program when I try to open it with Microsoft account user, but when I login with local account, that program opens. I have tried with 2 Microsoft accounts, 1 admin and 1 normal user, and it won`t open in either one of them. What can cause this?
