Windows 10: Why won't Microsoft send verification SMS?

    Why won't Microsoft send verification SMS?


    I reccently updated the bios of my PC. It reset the pin code to login prompting to enter my password and get SMS verification. I know the phone number is correct, i used it to set up the account when i installed windiws 11. However, when i give the correct details it won't send a code to verify. No, i do not have another method to login so now I'm locked out of my computer. I have followed the prompts to allow another verification process, a back up email address which will take 30 days to complete. I cannot begin to express how infuriating this is. I need a solution now!

    Don´t recive sms verification code for any app

    I can´t recive the sms verification code for any apps that send one, like whatsapp, line, etc. I could register in whatsapp because i used the call option. But couldnt with other apps.
