Windows 10: Why won't Microsoft Store accept my zip code? What should I do?

I'm trying to buy a game but whenever I go to buy it, the store says there's something is wrong with my zip code. My zip code is correct and nothing else is wrong. It just says there's something wrong with my zip code and I don't know what to do. Can someone help me, please?

when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

 

update Ovi Store install stil won`t work

After Windows 10 update, signin screen won`t accept my pssword.

Sign-in screen won`t take my password after Windows 10 update on a new HP laptop. I had setup a pin login but now asks for Microsoft password which I wrote down and have used before but will not accept now.
