Windows 10: Why won’t my 28 digit recovery code allow alpha characters?

My computer was installed with Windows 10 Pro from the factory. I upgraded to Windows 11 2 months ago and printed out the recovery code provided to me. I reset my password on my account and decided I wanted to bypass logging on at the startup screen. I followed the steps but I understand that process would be creating a local account. When I started up my computer the next day, it would not take my password. EVERYTHING went downhill from there. When prompted to enter my recovery key, its field will not accept alpha digits. Nokia Exchange Active Sync and lock code

Hi,



We are testing the sync to Exchange 2007 and even though we have the setting to enfoce a 4 digit code, and not to enforce alpha/numeric the Nokia E66 insists we have an alpha numeric unlock code of at least 5 characters. This is a real pain as having to
switch between numbers and characters each time is way too cumbersome for everyday use.



Any suggestions as to why this is happening?



One other point, on Exchange 2003 we had the same issue with requiring a minimum of 5 digits but not a alpha/numeric mix.
