Windows 10: Why won't my account login in window go away when I turn the computer on?

When I turn the computer on a window pops up saying "Microsoft Pick an Account" and the first option is our reception email address which has "Connected to Windows" written below it. However, when I click on it the window disappears for a moment and then just keeps popping back up. We recently had a problem with our emails which has been resolved and I can now access everything, but this window just won't go away. Any help would be amazing!

Random account appeared on login to my computer

I suggest you to try the below steps to remove the user account from your computer.

• 
  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
  
• 
  Click on the Remove button.

Asus Transformer t100ta won´t turn on Win10

Yesterday was reading on it. All of a sudden turned off and now it won´t turn on

 

Windows defender is turned off and won`t turn back on

Windows defender on windows 10 enterprise won`t turn on. This happened shortly after i updated it; when I try to turn it on it says:

This app has been turned off and it isn't monitoring your computer.

And right underneath it, it says:

If you are using another app for malicious and unwanted software use Security and Maintenance to check that app`s status.

Need for a response ASAP, thanks
