Windows 10: why won't my computer download lib_game.dll files

windows 11 22h2code execution can't find lib_game.dll I tried sfc/scannow, dism, reinstalling etc. no problemsi can even see the file i need and all i get is an error message or find an ap plication to open itor an edge text document html that i don't understandresetting my computer restoring etc. i've done that but i still get the same error message

• Uninstall all those apps (using revo uninstaller) which are giving you msvcr100.dll and msvcp100.dll files missing error
• Open the link below

And download and install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4.

3. Download VSU_4\vcredist_x64.exe if you’ll be installing this on Windows 10 64bit.
