Windows 10: Why won't my controller connect to my PC?

I have been using a PS5 controller for a few months now. It has been connected to my PC via Bluetooth. Earlier today when I turned on my controller, the light on the controller flashed a couple times and it turned back on. I thought it was a bit strange because it would usually instantly connect. I looked in my Bluetooth settings and it showed the controller was paired. When I tried to unpair the controller remove device it resulted with "remove failed". I ran the bluetooth trouble shooter and it tells me my PC doesnt have Bluetooth which doesnt make sense because not only has it been workin

Initially, we need to pair the device to show up in the list while connected through Bluetooth. Check with the below mentioned steps and see if it works.
