Are you using the Mail App or a web based email service or a mail client?

If you are using Web based then :

• Click on the Gear icon
• Click Options
• Under Writing mails, choose Format font and signature.
• Set your signature.

• Where exactly you are trying to align the signature?

I suggest you to provide us the screen shot where exactly you need to align the signature in outlook so that we can check.

Thank you for your response.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Open Windows Mail App
• Make sure you select the email account that you want to assign a signature to.

• Click the Gear icon in the bottom left corner.

• In Settings select Options.

• Scroll down to Signature section and make sure Signature is turned
  ON.

• Type in your Signature in the text box.
• Repeat the process for each email account.
