    Why won't my HP Windows 10 laptop charge?


    My HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-cx0056wm laptop will not charge. I have tried everything except removing the battery, which I cannot do because I have no experience with hardware. I have disabled and re-enabled the battery drivers, restarted my computer several times, and changed outlets. I won't uninstall the battery drivers because there is no battery driver(s) to download on HP's website. It always just says "plugged in, not charging". I need to fix this immediately. Please tell me how to fix it without taking it apart as I don't know how and don't want to void my warranty. Thank you.

    I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?
