    Why won't my internet connect to my laptop but it does to my phone?


    Everytime my router turns off I have to factory reset my router for it to connect to my computer but I don't have to factory reset it to connect to my tv or phones

    my laptop won`t connect to internet

    my apps and browser cannot connect to internet and i tryed wifi and ethernet both but still it doesn`t work

    but when i connect my phone to my laptop with the cable and turn on the hotspot

    it connects to the internet

    what should i do to fix it?

    my n97 won t charge or connect

    when i put a usb on my n97 it won t charge when i put on the computer it won t say nokia pc suite or else it not reading the usb cannot work on my phone plz hel
