Windows 10: Why won’t my laptop factory reset

I have a Windows HP 14 model Dk0-xxx every time I try to factory reset the laptop, as I am trying to get rid of it. It keeps stating there was a problem, resetting your PC no changes were made. I have done disc clean. I have deleted all things that I had on it. I have also done an extensive system test. And it says everything was working fine. Nothing was wrong with it. This is becoming mildly frustrating as it doesn’t state what the problem is. I simply would like this laptop to be back to factory so somebody else can get a good use out of it. Any help would be highly appreciated as I have

Xbox and OneDrive won´t log in sometimes

For some reason my one computer won´t log on to the Xbox app and OneDrive. My other computer on the other hand works perfectly fine. I can´t seem to find to reason and even tried with a factory reset and still the same issue. Help?

I´ve allready tried deactivating the firewall and even rebooting the computer
