Windows 10: Why won't my laptop let me access certain things??

I've been having trouble with my acer Nitro-AN515-55 for ages now, it wont let me open task manager, wont let me download drivers and ever since it has happened my laptops performance has decreased to the point i can barely play proper games, and it comes up with a black screen after playing a game with it plugged in for around 1-2 minutes, when i do try to reset my device my settings just freeze and after a while it comes up with "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." whenever i run a full virus scan it wont

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

Hp laptop screen won’t display except occasionally

I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?

 

LAPTOP is not accessible ..... Access is denied.

I am trying to share a folder on a LAPTOP. I have other a number of other systems that have folders Shared and they work fine, but with this one I get the error "LAPTOP is not accessible ..... Access is denied." when I try to access it from a different Win10 system. So I went thru the entire "How to Share Files and Folders Over a Network in Windows 10" tutorial step by step. File and Print Sharing is enabled, SMB1.0 client & server are running, and Everyone has Full Access to the Share. Still get the error. I have tried it with the Network Public and Private, with the same result. Any suggestions ? Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042
