Windows 10: Why won't my laptop let me switch out of S mode?

Why won't my laptop let me switch out of S mode? I go to "switch out of S mode" in the store but it won't let me click the "Get" button. It just says "Check with your IT or system administrator." I am the only person who has ever used this laptop or my Microsoft account so I am very confused who that would be lol

Switching out of S Mode

I am having trouble switching my laptop out of S Mode. I went through the steps that are listed, and the Windows Store is updated and it won't let me click Get when you go to the screen to switch out of S mode.

 

Laptop went black and won;t reboot

Hardware and software conflict is one of the possible reasons why you're experiencing black screen. Sometimes, it is also because of hardware failure. To get this issue fixed, we suggest that you
boot into Safe Mode by following these steps:

• Turn off your computer 3 times while booting. Windows should automatically boot to the Recovery Environment after 3 unsuccessful attempts in a row.
  
• Once you are within the Recovery Environment, select Troubleshoot, and then
  Advanced options, then Startup Settings, and
  Restart. When it restarts, you should see a number of options. Press 5 or F5 for
  Safe Mode with Networking.

Once your computer is in Safe Mode, please follow the workaround provided on this
link. Simply select the similar case that you're experiencing to show the troubleshooting steps.

Airplane mode switch not working

Since the troubleshooting steps that were provided did not resolve the issue, we suggest switching on the Radio Management Service. To do that, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type services.msc, then hit Enter.
• Search for Radio Management Service.
  
• Right-click, then choose Start.

Note: Never ever set this service to "Disabled".
