Windows 10: Why wont my microsoft store let me download anything ? it just keeps loading the install button

this all started cause my xbox app wasn't working then i tried to repair it and reinstall but when i went to go do that the store wouldn't load the download button so now I'm just stuck and don't know what to do. I would greatly appreciate anyone who can help or anyone who has some advice thank you

i wanted to download the xbox app but the download button wont appear. Every app the download button wont load.

ive tried to reset the whole microsoft store. (didnt work)

i pressed the repair button (didnt help)

any idea HOW to fix this?

Here are the steps on how to reset Windows Store:

  Press the Windows key+
  R key, to launch the Run dialog box.

  Type in Wsreset.exe and

  Reboot your computer after the process is finished.
