Windows 10: Why won't my NEW DELL XPS 8960 i9 Windows 11 Pro update with Windows H2 2024?

I check frequently for the latest major Windows 11 update and it does not appear. Is it a hardware or software compatibility issue?

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Issue with July 2024 Windows update on Dell XPS

Due to some serious issues with my Dell XPS laptop computer after the July 2024 update for my Windows 11 Pro Ver 23H2, I uninstalled the updates but that did not fix my issue. Now I don't see an option to try to reinstall the updates. My "desktop" is not the one I had (background picture is one of Microsoft's standard backgrounds) and all my files are gone but thankfully can be found on OneDrive. It appears as though the update resulted in a complete reset. I don't know how to proceed?
