    why won't my outlook email send to an earthlink email as of today 4/6/23 ?


    Was sending clients emails to their earthlink accounts with no problems for over a month- as of last night they are no longer receiving them and I get no error message. Restarted my computer- nothing. Even if I reply to their earthlink email they don't get it, what do I do?

    No Earthlink Address Book for Earthlink, an Account under Outlook

    Well then explain this - On my desktop computer (Win10, Office 2013) a separate address book was generated when I added my Earthlink account to Outlook. So when I open the Outlook Address Book I see an Outlook address list, an Earthlink address list and an icloud (I also added my Icloud account) address list, all separate lists. Originally the earthlink address list was empty but I imported the earthink address book from another computer. The HP
    all-In-One computer is running Win10, Office 2019, this is the computer I am having trouble with. Not sure if the problem is unique to Outlook 2019 or not. If you look at the Outlook email file structure under on the desktop unit you can see the earthlink email structure has a contact sub-folder. This is not the case in the All-In-One system. Only an outlook contact sub-folder is available. I was wondering how I can add a contact sub-folder.
