    Why won’t my pc let me reset my pin and how can I fix it?


    I’ve had this problem since I tried to do a windows clean boot when I restarted my pc it said on the log in window I’m on windows 10 btw but it said “Something happened and your PIN isn’t available. Click to set up your PIN again.” And when I do click it It doesn’t do anything! It doesn’t open anything and I am as of now locked out of my pc and stuck on the Lock Screen indefinitely until I can reset my pin I tried going into the bios and idk what to do there and I’ve tried everything to do a windows safe start but it never works I’ve held down shift I’ve spammed f4 I’m on windows 10 on a asr

    Startup problems. Autorepair won´t fix it.

    Volume Mute Light won´t change color

    Which steps did you perform? Was this from a clean boot?
    Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste this command: shutdown /r /o /f /t 00
    It will boot to the recovery options or windows advanced troubleshooting menu.
    Click troubleshooting and click reset this computer. You will be saving files. Applications and programs will be removed. Windows will be reinstalled.
    Enter your windows logon password.
    You will see getting things ready with rotating dots.
    Click resetting this PC.
    It will then display the HP logo with resetting this PC with rotating dots and a percentage.
