Windows 10: why won’t my pc start up properly

    why won’t my pc start up properly


    i tried starting up my computer and took a lot longer than usual to start up, and once it finally loads it seems as if only half the computer had loaded up and i cannot access anything. everytime i try click on something the screen flashes white then goes back to normal
