Windows 10: Why won't my PC start when I'm not connected to the internet?

I am having an unusual problem. I have an HP Victus gaming laptop with Windows 11 installed. The machine is incredibly fast and can handle a lot of processes simultaneously. Startup usually takes a grand total of 3 seconds maximum from pressing the power button until I can use the device i.e. starting an application.That is, startup is fast until I try to use the device when either:a the device is not connected to the internet, orb I have connected the device to a new network for the first timeThe issue is not that I can't connect to the internet; in the former case this is irrelevant, and

Windows 10 won´t start any program as Administrator

Hello. I´m having this issue since installed one of the latest Windows 10 system updates.

When I try to open any program that requires Administrator confirmation (that screen with the Yes/No question), this dialog won´t appear anymore. The screen background stays darkened and nothing happens.

1. Using Windows 10 Home (x64)
2. My microsoft user account is properly checked
3. I´m the administrator of the PC
4. Already tried do create another administrator user account - same problem, no success
5. Cannot start any program/service that requires administrator authorization (not even regedit)

Please help!

 

pc won`t update

I`ve been trying to solve this problem for 3 months to no avail.

PLEASE HELP!!!

EVERY time the computer check new updates, the following message appears:

We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet.

My PC is connected to the internet, so this could not be the problem.

you`ve only directed me to a window link, which I don`T really understand.

Could ANYONE PLEASE send me a simple answer how I can solve this problem step by step???????

N97 Bluetooth disappeared, won´t start again

Today without any reason the Bluetooth disappeared, and it won´t start anymore from the connections menu. Any clue where to start looking. Software V20, and no new update available.
