Windows 10: Why wont my pc work?

i bought all new parts for a cheap pc build, they all work, i got some cheap motherboard i dont remember the name i got a i7-860 and a gtx 660ti, the motherboard is lga1156 my processors socket and supports m.2 nvme ssd's, the issue is, when i boot it up to run the setup for bios, my keyboard shuts off after it starts up, in short terms, it turns on then right back off and wont work, i cant navigate bios due to my keyboard not working, and iive cleared cmos, changed ram, and switched the keyboard to ALL my usb slots and it still wont work, i tested the keyboard on a different computer and

PC shut down, wont turn back on

The fan twitch is it powering up and then the psu is noteing a short and cutting out hence why it wont do it again straight after until it's reset, something is blown or shorted out so you need to do as someone suggested and split the pc out then, on a table build the minimum up as he said and step by step see what's happening.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it
