Windows 10: why wont my windows update install, it was stuck on 25% then i restarted now its stuck on 0%

    why wont my windows update install, it was stuck on 25% then i restarted now its stuck on 0%


    the download was fine but when it got to the install part it was stuck at 25%, then i restarted now its gone back to the download part and is stuck on 0%
