Windows 10: Why Won't Samsung Magician Clone The System Reserve Partion?

As a part of my maintenance I always clone my SSD periodically to an identical Samsung SSD.
I just did so on my new WIN 10 desktop. While the clone works fine its missing the 450mg System Reserve Partition (SRP). This was not an issue in WIN 7and I use the same USB3 to SATA Cable.

1. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

2. What, if any, issues will I encounter down the road operating without a SRP on WIN 10 Home Edition?

Cloning problems with Samsung SSD 850 EVO

Unable to clone a Samsung SSD 850 EVO on a newly upgraded Win10 machine. Samsung's cloning app does not see the drive, though Samsung's Magician software does (albeit grayed out).

Formatted and mounted the drive in MS Disk Management; drive appears as E.

(Already successfully cloned and installed an 850 on a different machine using Win8.1; then successfully upgraded to Win10, so I know what success looks like.)

M2 drives don't need it with those speeds. Magician is really only needed for Three things:

• If someone wants to tweak their system, instead of letting Windows take care of it(bad idea many SSD beginners do).
• Run RAPID Mode.
• Update the firmware.

Do the M2's have any software at all for updating the firmware, or do you have to go to Samsung's site and download it yourself?

And YES, my 2TB SSD drive runs all the time since it's my game drive as well as downloads and data drive. It works nearly as hard as the 950 Pro which is the OS drive.
