Windows 10: Why Won't Startups....Start Up?

    Why Won't Startups....Start Up?


    Hello, I use a program called Startup Delayer from R2Studios to launch all my startup programs. I got this because a the programs in my Startup folder never start up, and b I have quite a few of them, so I wanted to spread them out so they don't all access the hard drive at once. So the one thing left in my Startup folder is Startup Delayer itself. And it still won't start up on its own, I have to actually double-click it. I know, horrors! So, what is the fix for this? How do I get the Startups folder to actually do its job?

    Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

    I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

    Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

    After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist
