Windows 10: Why wont windows launch on my new ssd?

Hey there, I have tried multiple ways to try and get this to boot but i always seem to run into a new problem.For the longest i was trying to just install windows 10 on my new ssd via usb, with windows 10 on it. I was struggling for some time trying different things but i was eventually able to install windows 10 on my ssd it took me going into my bios and changing boot setup from uefi and legacy mode to just uefi and thats it. After that windows installed perfectly but once it got done the pc reset and went straight back to the installation screen. When i try to re-install it says their are a

New windows 10 installtion on New SSD - wont boot unless old SSD present

It seems you installed Windows while the both SSDs were connected. This would have caused your current problem. Maybe it is sufficient to do this:

1. Launch the Disk Manager.
2. Right-click drive C:, then mark it as "active".
3. Shut down Windows
4. Open the BIOS and tell it that the new SSD is the primary boot device.
5. Disconnect the old SSD.
6. Boot up normally.

If this does not work then you might have to do this:

1. Disconnect the old SSD.
2. Re-install Windows on the new SSD, using the Media Creation Tool.

• Type “Troubleshooting” in search bar and press Enter.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
