    Why would a faulty update to Windows Security be released and be allowed to **** up everything?

    Forgive the frustrated question/title - but this update to Windows Security really did **** up a lot for me today, and I'm talking about for my personal computer which has been/is used for work as well.This particular rule "Block Win32 API calls from Office macro" has removed a lot of my ****ing taskbar items and shortcuts and is affecting some of my commonly used programs - nearly gave me a heart attack this morning as well. It causes Windows Security to constantly chime in and block actions - which is annoying - as well as negatively impacts my apps and programs which never caused me issues

    :)

  3. Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

    I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.

    Why would a faulty update to Windows Security be released and be allowed to **** up everything?

    Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
