Windows 10: Why would a new software be made to be less productive than the previous one?

My pc installed Win 11 for meIt seems just like a slower to use, less intuitive , less productive version of windows 10.I can understand that some developers haven't ever actually worked in job where they need to do something like make a door, or install some plumbing, and then go to use a pc to do some office work. I can adapt to lowering of skills and standards with regard how people work and adapt to how things work as things change. Developing computer software with a western centric outlook as I have described above is not endearing but is simply how the world is , for now anyway. I am n

My previous computer stop functioning and I bought a new one. I want to use my previous product key but activation fails

I have a digital license for Windows Pro that was bought a couple months ago.

Now I want to use that digital license and product key in a new computer, as the previous one where that key was activated no longer exists.

I followed all step by step guides but activation keeps saying my product key was used in a previous device.

I do not want to buy a new license. What can I do?

might I suggest a new pinned thread for the Options Software too ( updated Aug 20th) since all Newer Logitech Products use it.
Eg Mx2, M510 and most other products with a Unifying receiver including Keyboards etc
