I have tried to troubleshoot this before, and have been unable to figure it out. I do know these things:-windows 10 was updated quite some time ago.-HP Diagnostics no longer runs within windows 10, but must be ran outside of it.if I try to run it, I also get a certain pop-up message that is similar to one that randomly shows up on my screen when I am not running it.I saw two of those messages when i came back to my system tonight and checked the event log. I cannot provide whatever message they were, but I always have to click "okay' to remove them. The event viewer shows event id 155 that a de

Memory Diagnostics log(s) "Missing" in Event Viewer

Completed Memory Diagnostics (twice) but can find no (0) sign of any such log in Event
    Viewer
    (RH pane)

Anyone know how to locate Diagnostics log?

Event Viewer lists "Windows Memory Diagnostic scheduled the testing of the computer's memory to run immediately" but
    not the actual Diagnostics run(s)/logs.

  3. BTHUSB Event ID 34 disconnecting all USB devices simultaneously

As the title says, I frequently (every half-hour or so, on average, sometimes more, sometimes less), all USB devices disconnect from my computer simultaneously, and windows writes and event to the log, "BTHUSB" withj Event ID 34. The text of the error reads: "The local adapter does not support an important Low Energy controller state to support peripheral mode. The minimum required supported state mask is 0x491f7fffff, got 0xffffffff. Low Energy peripheral role functionality will not be available."

This is a major issue on my machine because it disconnects my DI box for music recording, my Oculus Rift crashes as a result, my external HDD acts like it's being unplugged, as does my headset. My mouse an keyboard only judder momentarily before resuming normal functionality. But it interrupts literally any ability to use my computer, and it happens extremely frequently. I have tried everything I can possibly think of suggested on the internet, except for a clean windows reinstall (I have done this 3-4 other times in the last 6 months for various issues, and am sick of doing so). This includes:
    BIOS Updates
    Chipset updates
    all windows updates
all driver updates (chipset, bluetooth, gpu, etc. the only one I can't seem to figure out how to update manually is USB3.0)
    System file checker (no errors)
    DISM cleanup (no errors)

I will upload/provide any/all information requested in order to fix this issue. I'm at my wit's end trying to solve this problem.

I went ahead and attached the complete computer diagnostic tool zip file thingy from the BSOD section of this site.DESKTOP-04NL2AG-12_20_2018_Thu__13508_54.zip
