Windows 10: Why would I see user name in my credentials manager that I don't recognize?

I see username in my credential manager for account I know not what it is it's like to make sure this is not a hacked account means I don't even recognize the username

Meanwhile, let’s try simple troubleshooting steps and check if this helps. I suggest you to remove the username from Credential Manager and check.

  Type credential Manager on the Windows search bar and select Credential Manager.
  
• Now try removing the user name and password by clicking on the credential.

You will only find user names, not the whole credentials. I really don´t fully understand your question. Are you logging in via RDP? The list of user names can be obtain typing net users in CMD.

 

Managing Credentials with no password

I am referring to the CREDENTIAL MANAGER - which, as I am logged in to my laptop - with NO user name / password (I chose to bypass this at build) - doesn't let me view MY OWN list of passwords !!!

How do I view MY OWN password list ?

Also - why was the response above - marked as THE ANSWER ?

It was NOT the answer and I feel that in assuming that it was the answer is PRESUMPTUOUS !!

I have removed this assumption....
