Windows 10: why you wont fix your roblox

okay so its been a week or almost and I try and play roblox from the microsoft store and guess what, doesn't work. whenever i try to open it make a noise and makes the play button grey, they're are no updates avaible also. last time before I RESTARED MY COMPUTER FULLY it just show the words ROBLOX with a white background as if it was loading then after I minute it just closed. I have check and more than a 5-dozen people have had this problem which means its a serious problem and it needs to be fixed. any type of roblox wont open

hi, i have tried lots of thing like tutorials, from the forum but nothing works, this is my last hope, im able to install Roblox, however it wont lunch, the website and the Microsoft store version, i tried reseting my laptop but it just keep crashing, i tried lunching roblox as administrator it wont work, i deleted all roblox files that i could find and nothing work. im not sure if it is possible to make my laptop reset to factory, well it says "there was a problem resetting your pc" i tried fixing that with a tutorial, and now im stuck at "the proccess cannot access the file because it is being used by another process windows" i got here because of some software.001, i have looking for something to fix it with but all are for windows 10 and im at windows 11, i know i jump from a roblox issue to a file problem but its probably part of the problem if someone could help me with this ill appreciated.
