  1. Wi-fi adapter not showing up in Device Manager after being manually re-installed on Windows 11

I'm using Asus TUF Gaming A15 FA506IH_FX506IH with Microsoft Windows 11 Home Single Language/64bits OS. My Wi-fi menu disappeared and i can't connect to any Bluetooth devices no matter how. My windows version is up to date and after i checked on a Driver Updater software Driver Easy it shows that both of my Wireless Network driver and Bluetooth driver is up to date. I tried to do a network reset from settings and it didn't fix the problem, then i tried to uninstall the wireless driver and re-install the latest driver from Asus website for my laptop model Realtek Wireless LAN Driver but the

  2. Wi-Fi Option Not Showing in Windows 11

    Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my Windows 11 device where the Wi-Fi option is not appearing. I have tried several troubleshooting steps, but none have resolved the problem. Could anyone please provide guidance or suggest potential solutions? Here are the steps I have taken so far:

    1. Restarted my computer.
    2. Checked for Windows updates and installed any available updates.
    3. Verified that the Wi-Fi adapter is enabled in Device Manager.
    4. Ran the network troubleshooter.
Despite these efforts, the Wi-Fi option is still missing from the network settings.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    USB Wi-Fi Adapter Disabling

Is it on Windows 8's compatibility list (check MS website- forgot link)?

I had an issue with one Wi-fi adapter and it wasn't listed as compatible- All was well when I swapped it out with one on the compatibility list

Wi-fi adapter not showing up in Device Manager after being manually re-installed on Windows 11

    Virtual Wi-fi Adapter

Hi, I'm using my laptop as a second screen for my desktop. (by pressing win + p) For some reason, this feature is only available in Windows if your desktop has a wi-fi adapter. Funny thing is, that after I connect to my laptop with wi-fi, I can remove the adapter and it still works. I just managed to brake my adapter, so I was thinking if I can create a virtual wi-fi adapter somehow just to enable this option. Any suggestions?
