Windows 10: wi-fi and ethernet connections to it doesn't have a valid IP configuration

This is a new hp computer that connected fine until I took it to another location and it was

connected to a different router. Now I can very occasionally get connected but it doesn't last.

WI-FI doesn't have a valid IP configuration

Dear Team,

WIFI and Ethernet connections are not connecting, showing "Limited". Problems found WI-FI doesn't have a valid IP configuration. Pls help to resolve the issue. I'm using Dell Inspiron 3542.

Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.

Problem with Sony Vaio windows 10:

"Wi-Fi doesn't have a valid ip configuration."

Also same message with Ethernet.

My internet/wi-fi working fine with all other devices. One day internet connection on this pc was fine, next day it was unavailable with the above error.

Answers posted in the community this far have not been any help at all.
