    Wi-Fi connection issue.


    My Dell laptop will no longer connect to the internet via Wi-Fi. It will only connect to the internet if I hardwire it to the Modem. All other devices are connecting properly to the internet via Wi-Fi. My cable company has replaced the Modem and checked for other issues, but none have been found and replacing the Modem did not resolve the issue. How do I fix this problem?

    I suggest you to run the in-built troubleshooter for Internet connections.

    • Open 'Settings' and click on 'Update and security'.
    • On the left pane, select 'Troubleshoot' and run the troubleshooter for 'Internet Connections'.

    Issue with connecting to Wi-Fi

    1. Incorrect Wi-Fi settings.

    2. Corrupt or outdated Wireless network driver.
