Windows 10: Wi-Fi Connection Problem After Following The Notification

Hello, I recently went and updated my drivers on SupportAssist as I have a Vostro 3590, When it was done with the last one which is the Qualcomm wifi and Bluetooth driver, there was a notification coming as my internet thing disappeared and said like I don't have network, and about the notification it said restart your PC so I waited but the updates never completed, and after I restarted I was still greeted with that empty wifi logo, please help me

Wi-Fi Connection Issue: DNS Settings Notification

I’ve been experiencing an issue with my Wi-Fi connection and was hoping someone could provide some assistance.

Recently, I received a pop-up notification stating, “The DNS settings for all Wi-Fi networks have been set. The settings below won’t be used.” I believe this might be the reason I’m unable to connect to my Wi-Fi network.

I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps including resetting the router, checking the network settings, and even resetting the DNS settings. After these steps, the DNS notification no longer appears, but I’m still unable to connect to my Wi-Fi.

I’ve confirmed that there’s no issue with my hardware as other devices are able to connect to the same network without any problems.

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

Trouble Changing Wi-Fi Password


I've been following the following steps to change my Wi-Fi password for some time:

1. Launch Control Panel.
2. Click "Network and Internet."
3. Click "Network and Sharing Center."
4. Click "Wi-Fi...."
5. Click "Wireless Properties."
6. Click the Security tab.
7. Check "Show characters."
8. Enter the password in "Network security key."

Those steps have been working just fine, but today I discovered a new wrinkle. If I change the password inside the router first, "Wi-Fi..." doesn't appear in step 4. This isn't much of a problem at home, because I can just change the password in Control Panel before I change it inside the router, but it would be a problem at a public hotspot, or something of that nature. I also tested Brink's instructions in "How to Connect To a Wireless Network in Windows 10," but they don't work for me either. How can I fix this?
