Windows 10: "Wi-Fi" doesn't have a valid IP configuration

My WiFi says no Internet secured and when i hover over the WiFi tab on the taskbar it says Unidentified network No Internet access so I run the troubleshooter and it says "Wi-Fi" doesn't have a valid IP configuration Fixes I have tried:1. Updating network drivers and it says the latest updates are installed2. Ipconfig /release and for the WiFi the Connection specific DNS suffix is blank and so is Default gateway and then when I run ipconfig /renew it says An error occured while renewing interface wifi unable to contact your dhcp server request has timed out3. Netsh winsock reset and netsh int

Windows 10 Wi-Fi doesn't have a valid IP configuration

I have tried all suggestions made on here for fixing an No Valid IP address issue on my Windows 10 computer. I have bought a brand new Relteck Wi-Fi adapter but even still, its says that with Etheranet and Wi-Fi that I have no valid IP configuration. We
have tried everything to fix this issue and its has yet to be resolved.
