Windows 10: Wi-Fi dosent have a valid IP configuration

My friend was connected to my laptop using an app called Parsec, but then i had to shower, so i disconnected him and left for about 6 minutes, and when i came back my computer couldnt connect to the interneti dont know if these two things are related, but i deleted Parsec anyways, i still havent fixed itlast night and this morning ive been trying to fix it, ive tried every answer ive seen posted online not a single one of them works.if i leave my computer on for long enough, it will say i have my wifi back, and act normal, but when i try to look something up or open Discord, its obvious i dont

I have tried all suggestions made on here for fixing an No Valid IP address issue on my Windows 10 computer. I have bought a brand new Relteck Wi-Fi adapter but even still, its says that with Etheranet and Wi-Fi that I have no valid IP configuration. We
have tried everything to fix this issue and its has yet to be resolved.
