Windows 10: Wi-Fi tapers off after 10 seconds but doesn’t disconnect

I just got my new laptop ASUS G14 and the Wi-Fi connection does not seem to be working on my home network. My old windows 11 laptop works just fine. The new one says it connects to the network and has the ability to actually download from Steam for about 10 seconds, but then the download tapers off but the Wi-Fi still says it’s connected. At that point the computer has no Wi-Fi function can’t load web pages etc. I reset the computer and my network, and I already tried to download the latest MediaTek drivers from ASUS’s website, but they didn’t help either. The Wi-Fi card is the MT7922. Any

Wi-Fi disconnect

Windows doesn't disconnect a properly working WiFi. Mine NEVER disconnects since the last time I restarted my computer. I suggest to check for near-by WiFi radios to see if your channel is too crowded or if all the channels are crowded, just switch to 5 GHz band like mine

 

WIN phone 8.1 update -> wi-fi doesn´t work

Yesterday I installed WP 8.1 (Nokia Lumia 625). After updating my wi-fi doesn´t work anymore. The phone finds networks, but can´t connect. Where is the problem?
