Windows 10: Wide screen monitor: How to split screen so that apps are displayed in full

So, yea, I now have a 32" screen. What I want to do is have two apps on the screen at once, not like when Windows splits the screen where it fits the app into that half of the screen. I want a miniaturized version of the app in the window. For example, if I do the usual Windows split screen with Outlook where I have the preview pane on the left, it cuts off my preview pane. I would like it so that it condenses Outlook into the split pane, not chop it off. With Word, it is different. It shortens the ribbon. I'm wondering if it is possible to get a mini version of apps in a wide screen so that I

Two Monitor Display Issue: Wide screen & standard width

I have two monitors. The main monitor is a wide screen, while the 2nd monitor is not. The second monitor displays Google (or Facebook) as if it were a widescreen two. The display cuts off the right hand side of the screen and sometimes there's no option
to scroll right. I'd rather not scroll right if I can. I've tried to lower the screen resolution but that just cuts off the top of the screen. What else can I try?

 

Split Screen Desktops

The application you suggested helps me organize the windows I have open, which I something I can already do with windows. I want to merge two desktops onto one monitor by splitting the screen in half. so when I full screen an application it doesn't take
over the monitor and only uses up the allowed space for that desktop.

For example: On YouTube, if I were to full screen a video it takes up the whole monitor, since my monitor is wide, I want it to only use half.

This issue could have occurred due to incorrect display settings or corrupt display driver.

I suggest you to install latest display driver from the computer manufacturer website and check if it helps. If Windows 10 display driver is not available in the manufacturer website, I would suggest you to install the driver
in compatibility mode.

To install the display driver in compatibility mode
follow these steps:

a. Download the latest display driver from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

b. Right-click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.

c. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

d. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and
select latest Windows version from the drop down list.

e. Let the driver install and then check the functionality.
