Windows 10: Wide screen setting's problems

Besides my laptop screen I also have a separate wide screen which is causing problems made by a company called ^OC, the first letter being an upside down V at an angle to the right which makes it impossible to do a Google search or find out who they are. Finally there are 3 small adjustment points at the bottom right of the plastic side panel which are a real pain when trying to get the colour balance right as at the moment it's almost "whited" out.
Anyone know who they are as I need to get an online manual or instructions etc....?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
