Windows 10: widevinecdm not running on ANY browser, even new installs

I have been trying to get Netflix to work on my Windows 10 machine. It works fine on my iPad Pro 11, my Roku, my other desktop also windows 10. I have uninstalled all unnecessary apps, reinstalled network driver, removed Chrome and reinstalled, newly installed Firefox and Opera, restarted 20 times. After uninstalling Chrome I removed all reference from registry I am a Network Admin for USAF and removed all Chrome folders before reinstalling. Installed the Netflix App from the Microsoft store and it also will not run. Also, I was on the phone with Netflix tear 2 support for an hour. They are also stumped.


Chrome and Opera start playing movie for 2 to 3 seconds then give error. Edge give error as soon as I click PLAY. Netflix app and IE just locks up as soon as I click PLAY.


As for as I can tell Windows will not allow widevine content decryption module to run. The only anti virus I have is Malwarebytes and Windows Defender. Below are the logs for the Netflix app, Opera and Chrome.


I also can not run Peacock TV. Same issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really don't want to wipe and reload windows.

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?

 

Running your Browser in a VM?

• Install VMware Player or Virtualbox, VMware being faster in my experience
  
• Create a VM with sufficent RAM HD and all CPU cores
  
• Install Ubuntu/Linux Mint/Debian or some lightweight distro with Xcfe or LXDE
• Install VMware/Virtualbox tools
  
• Almost any distro comes with Firefox
• Install Ublock Origin/Noscript/Ghostery
• Disable cookies with a whitelist/use private browsing.

In my experience, running a browser through a VM can slow down scrolling smoothness, video playback and increase ping delay

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
