Windows 10: Widget Error/ Command Promt/ unable to run any applications please help

Can some one please help me, i’ve been dealing with this problem for so long it opens up cmd promt and Windows edge ,shows these errors images below every time i try opening up a game. all at the same time disabling from opening applications than proceeds to disable my windows key please it annoying and frustrating.
