Windows 10: Widgets for desktop missing

I have just updated my Surface Pro 6 to Windows 11. I was searching for some options and found instructions to add widgets to the desktop. They say to right click and there should be a Widgets option. I do not see this. Are they missing from my computer? How do I get widgets on the desktop? To be clear, there is a widget option in the Taskbar. This is there and not what I am asking about.

Recommended desktop calendar widget for Windows?

I use Todo Agenda on my Android phone, which is a widget that you can add to your home screen that brings together various calendars into one list (color-coded).Is there anything similar for Windows 10?I would like it on my desktop, similar to a sticky note or a weather widget, rather than a full program/app.

 

New E7 Belle missing some widgets?

What do you mean with that? If adding new widget or shortcut into my E7 desktop running Belle, there is no choice with [12].



Main screen has a calendar widget showing only one coming event. And have not find any way to change it showing more. In Anna, that calendar widget showed 3 next events. Is there any way to fix this?

If modifying other virtual screens/desktops/whatever thay are called and trying to add calendar widget there, it is not listed in the available widget list at all. How cal I get it back there? Cannot find the widget in Nokia Store either.



In Anna, email (mainly Activesync) widget listed 3 latest messages in a quite handy small widget. Now in Belle, you can add a email widget, but it is huge and it eats half of a virtual screen. Any way to make it shown in Anna stylished compact mode?
