Windows 10: Widgets in Windows 11 have stopped working. Button on taskbar does nothing

One of the few bugs I have encountered with Windows 11 is that my Widgets no longer seem to work. I click on the icon, and nothing happens now. The first thing I tried doing, was force closing the process in task manager to see if I could try to restart the process. However, and this may explain my issue I noticed that the task was not even present in task manager as it should be interesting. I have tried doing a host of different things to try to get Widgets back to no avail. The things I have triedisabling and re-enabling Widgets in taskbar settings force closing the process in task ma

No Option for Widgets in Windows 11 Pro

PLEASE NO EXPERTS FROM DIRECTLY/ON DEMAND UNLESS YOU 100% KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS ISSUE.

Recently, the Weather app Widget disappeared from my Windows 11 Pro desktop. I have tried to get it back using the following steps

Right-click the taskbar, and click Taskbar settings. Toggle the button for Show Widgets button to turn it on

However there is no Widgets Option in the Taskbar settings





How do I get my Weather app Widget back on my Taskbar?

Win 11 widget doesn't work

It looks like the Windows Web Experience pack is not working properly. Please try uninstalling it first, using the following steps:

• Right-click Start>Windows Terminal(admin).
  
• Execute the following command:
  

winget uninstall "Windows web experience pack"

Then, using the same elevated Terminal/Powershell Window, reinstall WWEP using this command:

winget install 9MSSGKG348SP

Restart your computer.

Widgets now show on the left by design, if you have centered Taskbar. This is because in expanded state, it shows Weather too, like this:
