    Widgets Platform Runtime can't be installed at Windows Store


    As displayed at the screenshot below, there is a problem with installing/updating Widgets Platform Runtime at Windows Store. And probably because of that, I can't add new widgets. The error code given is 0x80070005.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    When i try to open weather or any browser who use edge runtime i find this error

    "widgets is unavailable" - you need microsoft edge webview2 runtime to use widgets, and when i try to install edge, i find this error - can't install on this device because it doesn't meet the minimum hardware requirements for microsoft edge, but i have i5-13400f and rtx 3060 with 16GB Ram , windows 11

    No, I say poor vista users because there will inevitably be spyware which automatically adds a widget, very close to how people get the bazillion search bars for IE.

    I'm not saying a widget wont be an ad- in fact it is just that! Thats purely what widgets ARE.

    They however, are aimed at making a users experience better with said site.


    a "Myspace" widget is just an ad for.. well myspace.


    Now if you chose to put an ad in the widget you are making, don't expect people to use it. SPace is very limited, and if someone like facebook did it, they wouldn't get anyone using it.


    We haven't seen the windows vista spyware can get opened yet... .wdgt files for os x...(yo have to double click to open and then confirm) But on windows, could an installer? Perhaps a trojan? I bet it could.


    Then again, If you're using a myspace widget you deserve to have your windows install full of shit.

    Its a myspace widget afterall!
