Windows 10: Widows 10 problem

When ever I log off or shutdown my computer i found windows as a fresh and all my settings gone.

:)

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

I’m sorry to know that you can’t get Audio, Videos to play or Netflix to work on Windows 10.

To assist you further in a better manner, please provide us the following information:

• Does the issue occur only with Netflix desktop app?
• Are you able to use all the other apps from store?
• Do you have proxy settings enabled on the computer?

I would suggest you to run App troubleshooter
using the below steps and check if that helps.

a. Type ‘Troubleshooting’ in the search next to start.

b. Click on ‘View All’ on left side and select Windows store Apps’.

c. Follow the onscreen instructions.

Thank you for your interest in Windows 10.

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the programs and check if that fixes the issue. Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X.
• Click on Programs & Features.
• Look for the program and right click on it and click on
  Uninstall.
• Once uninstall is complete restart the computer and try to reinstall the program.
• Check if issue persists.
