Windows 10: Widows 10 upgrade

I downloaded windows 10 and it has been stuck on Making Sure You Are Ready To Install for a very long time. My question is how do I pass this and continue the download?

I've been trying to upgrade my widows 7 to widows 10 for 48hrs now and its stuck at 99% compete

 

Video card or RAM need upgrading?

Memtest: no errors after 10 hrs.
I'm going to perform the Primetest, later on. Get back to you on that.
I'm going to take it step by step, guys. I need to find the problem with this current computer. I might have to upgrade some components, so that it is still runnable. As for the new one, yes....i will build on it later. I need to find something decent 'gaming experience', all suggestions appreciated. THanks.

 

upgrade widows 10 x64

Hi, i had widows 7 x32 on my new pc, it took a lot of searching on forums to find out that it was restricting my pc to 2.96gb and causing memory probs.

I thought the windows 10 upgrade would sort this but after the upgrade it still says its restricted.

So can i upgrade widows 10 to 64 bit to resolve this??
