Windows 10: widows 11 upgrade minimum for processor question

It is my understanding that widows 11 requires minimum 1Ghz processor. My laptop has 2.5Ghz but for some reason that is not enough for an update to windows 11. Why is that?

Microsoft does not recommend installing Windows 11 on computers that are not supported. Your device may malfunction due to compatibility or other issues.

I also suggest that you contact your computer manufacturer to see if you can upgrade your computer's processor to be compatible with Windows 11.

This is a bug in the health checker, if your hardware doesn't meet the Windows 11 requirements, it will take you to the Windows 10 processor support list by mistake, when in fact it should take you to the Windows 11 processor support list list.
