Windows 10: Widows changing Color Preset and RGB values of monitor randomly

I have a Cintiq 22HD and windows keeps randomly changing the color presets and RGB values of it back to its defaults what seems like randomly, but there might be something triggering it. As i can force it to happen one way and thats by plugging in anything to a usb port. Right after the popup on screen about a new device being plugged in, windows changes the color preset of the monitor. This is the one way i know of how to force it to happen, but it randomly happens quite often when just opening a new window also.I have already uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers dealing with the monitor m

How to find RGB values of a computer?

I have a drawing tablet whose colors need to be adjusted to better fit the colors of my computer, but can only be adjusted with RGB color values. To get an accurate estimate on how it needs to be adjusted, I'd like to find the default RGB values on this
computer. I've seen guides with a 'catalyst center' but don't have that app/program. A search through settings only turned up themes and accessibility settings.

I have a Lenovo brand computer running Windows 10.

 

RGB colors issue

I purchased Jetion mouse RGB.

This mouse should be able to change colors and mix blue, green and red. My machine is changing colors normally when it is booting. When the system starts Windows 10 it stays red. When I don’t use computer, the screen soon turns off and the mouse starts
mixing the colors as expected. But when I wake the system, the mouse gets back to red color.

So...if I determine the RGB values of some preferable color, I could use regedit to change all backgrounds to that color? I think that would solve part of the problem, thank you.
