Windows 10: Wierd bar stays at top of screen when watching "fullscreen"

I just installed the latest version of Hulu as of 08/15 on my Legion 7 running Windows 11 Home. Whenever I try to play content full screen from Hulu, the attached image depicting the bar at the top stays. Tried your basic restart/close open the app again etc. Any way to remove it?

My Task Bar appears even on fullscreen

The problem is the following:

(first i wanna say i have my task bar on the top of the screen) when i use a game on fullscreen, or watch a video in any place, i used to put my mouse on the top right corner to watch it full screen without seeing the little mouse there. Now im not able
to do that anymore because everytime i do that, or i click on the upper side of my screen, task bar appears and it makes my games bug and i screen goes crazy. I tried moving the bar to the right, left and bottom of my screen, but sometimes i need to click
on one of those borders (still while fullscreen) and the problem is there again.

If you need any more info just answer this and ask for it. I just need to get rid of task bar randomly appearing when i click close to it while on fullscreen because i've been using windows for years and this never happened before.

I would like the Web bar that stays at the top of the screen gone. I can't see the top of my windows that I am working in, and this is hindering my work. Please tell me how to remove it. It is the bar at the top with the forward and backward arrows, the
home button, the browser button, the search bar and 3 other short cuts. It keeps causing unwanted windows to come up when I an trying to work, and it is becoming very troublesome. Please advise on how to remove this, or on how to revert back to the prior version
of windows.

 

Bar near Top of page?


Near the Top of the page is a Bar that contains most of the Sites I visit regularly!

However one site in particular I use most (My Internet Service provider email account) only shows in the Downloads list but won't stay put after reboot/power off, after I had previously dragged and dropped it, to that Top Bar?
