Windows 10: Wierd lines over text and buttons after staying inactive for a few seconds

Hello there,I recently bought a new laptop a week ago and I have been noticing some wierd lines surrounding text, buttons, and usually images after 5 seconds of inactivity.I managed to get a screenshot before the lines disappeared in PowerToys here i cant upload the image for some reason, these lines appear on various programs and applications.My laptop specifications are as follows:-Laptop model: GIGABYTE G6X 9KG 2024-CPU name: 13th Gen IntelR CoreTM i7-13650HX-GPU name: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Mobile GPU 8 GB-RAM: 16.0 GB-Storage: 477 GB-Windows version: Windows 11 Professional

• Do not translate the IDS_ strings, only what's inside the "s
• \n is a newline character that acts like "return" is pressed. so text\n\ntext2 adds a blank line between "text" and "text2"
• %s is replaced by some inserted text, you may move the %s to other positions within the text, but if multiple %s are present they will be inserted in the same order in all languages

 

win 10 update leaves vertical pink line on screen

today i applied latest win 10 update and now i have a vertical pink line on screen, it remains on every screen. i have tried these fixes

Step 1: I suggest you to run SFC scan,
System File Checkeris a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Start button, click on
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes and hit
  Enter.
• After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.

Step 2: Also, I suggest you to update the display drivers and check.

Steps to Update the Display Adapter driver.

• Press Windows key + Xkey when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter.
• Right on the Display Adapter and click on
  Update driver software

BUT i still have the line on screen.
